Robert Pugh Monroe was the son of Alexander W. Monroe and Margaret Pugh Monroe. Margaret's parents, Benjamin Pugh and Sarah Hiett Pugh, are buried in the Capon Chapel Cemetery. This picture was taken in May, 2012.
