The inscription on the stone says:
Susan Elizabeth, Daughter of Cornelius and Susan D. Allen. Born Nov. 18, 1848 Died Dec. 29, 1901. For nine years the wife of Robert J. Pugh. From Dec. 9, 1892 until her death, the wife of Wm. C. Clayton
This picture was taken in May, 2012. I regret that I did not transcribe the remaining inscription at the bottom of the tombstone. Susan is buried next to Robert J. Pugh, her first husband.
