William See Co. G, 13th WVI William was born August 6, 1830, the son of William & Sarah Pruitt See. He was a farmer. He married Margaret Sayre, born Nov. 24, 1834, daughter of Abel & Ruth Parsons Sayre, on April 3, 1856, in Jackson Co., WV. William died on August 4, 1910, and Margaret died on Sept. 29, 1903.
