Jean A. Starner, 73, of Park Hills, passed away August 3, 2014, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Facility in Farmington, Missouri. Jean was born April 8, 1941, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Charles L. Kingery and Georgia C. (Spencer) Frame; she was preceded in death by both of her parents, a brother Emmett Ulbrich and brother in-law, Emil Ferrell.
Inurnment will take place at George Hager Cemetery in Boone County, West Virginia at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
A memorial for my sister, Jean Kingery Starner who passed away on Aug 3 in Farmington, MO, will be at the George Hager Cemetery on Saturday, Aug 30 at 2 PM. The family welcomes anyone who would like to attend.
